Similar to many corporations, Blue Sky EGC operates under
a Board of Directors. Our Board is
made up of: 12 voting members (sector chairs{9} and the executive team
{chair, vice-chair, finance}) and 5 resource members from our Funding Partners.
Blue Sky EGC's levels of operation are graphically illustrated by the
chart on the next page. The illustration
should not be taken as the written-in-stone structure of operations for
the corporate entity. It is
true that some hierarchical structure must exist for smooth operation,
but the purpose of the circular chart is to represent Blue Sky EGC's
attempt to facilitate cooperative dialog between all sectors (private
and public) of the regional economy.
