The 10 economic sectors within the Blue Sky
Region are broken down into two categories: (1) Horizontal or
"Support" Sectors represented by Education & Training,
Healthcare, Municipal and Retirement. Although the industries within
these sectors contribute a great deal of employment to the Blue
Sky Region, they also have another role in sustaining the
Region's citizens by providing education, health care, social,
cultural and environmental necessities, recreation, etc.
(2) Vertical or "Job Creation" Sectors. These sectors
are those that have been identified as providing not only the
greatest employment figures but also the amount of revenue they
generate in the Region.
