to evaluate the tourism potential and marketing opportunities of
existing Blue Sky Festivals and events. The Study examined the
two major area festivals individually (Voyageur Days and
Heritage) as well as the other "vertical" events that

Resources Gap Analysis
A
snapshot of the local labour force. The study examines trends in
the local economy including education levels, average
incomes, age, gender and ethnicity of employed people in
the region. The study also examines the demand for labour in
